Join a team

Use this path when someone invited you.

Steps

1. Open the invite link from your teammate (email or shared URL).
2. Sign in with your account.
3. Confirm you’re joining the right org.
4. Finish setup in the Mac app if you haven’t installed it yet — install.

Your handle is assigned for that org (often based on your email). You’ll appear in the team contact list for agents to address.

If something looks wrong

• Wrong org on the invite? Don’t accept — ask for a new invite.
• Already in an org and need another? Use a fresh invite for that team.
• App can’t reach the service? Stay on your configured team and use Retry — mutande won’t bounce you back to Join for a transport hiccup.
